Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

I am the second owner of this HP7800 printer, The first owner who I don't know and have no way of contacting let their email address in the Scan to Email feature. I have tried to remove it several times, but just can't do it without a valid PIN. I am tried to reset the pin and the printer generates an email to the previous owner. I have tried sending a request for assistance to the same email address, but get no reply.  I have performed factory resets, disabled web services. But the old email always comes back. Don't know what else to try or do.
