How can I scan from OfficeJet Pro9025 without signing in to HP account?

I just want to scan to laptop without having to sign in - and I'm getting error message when I try to sign in!

How can I use scanner without having to sign in to HP account?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

If you do not want to sign in, you cannot use HP Smart.

What?

There are generally ways to fix the sign-in issue -- the fact remains that the application does require that you are signed into the app using your HP Account credentials.  OK - leaving that for now as "unwanted".

If you are running a supported version of Windows,

Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.

The full driver includes the HP Scan software.

No sign-in.

The Full Feature Software also supports printing from other programs and applications, including apps and software that "scan".

With the installation of the full driver printer software, there are additional scan applications and programs available for your use.

Available from the Microsoft Store (formally Windows Store) - Requires Windows 8 or higher

Left-click on the App for options associated with this app.
