Hi @Ray3691,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
You can scan multiple documents and save them individually using your HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 by following these steps:
Using the HP Smart App
- Open the HP Smart App on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your printer.
- Click on the Scan option.
- Choose Document or Photo as needed.
- Place the first document in the scanner and click on Scan.
- After scanning, you should see an option to save the document. Choose the location and name it as desired.
- Place the next document in the scanner and repeat the process.
- Ensure you select the option to save each document individually after each scan.
Using the Printer’s Control Panel
- Place the documents you want to scan into the document feeder.
- On the printer’s control panel, select Scan.
- Choose Scan to Computer or Scan to Email as needed.
- Select Scan and wait for the printer to complete the scanning process.
- After the scan, follow the prompts on the screen to save each document individually.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
