I would like ot scan multiple documents and save individually on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8028. Any solutions?

You can scan multiple documents and save them individually using your HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 by following these steps:

Using the HP Smart App

  1. Open the HP Smart App on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Select your printer.
  3. Click on the Scan option.
  4. Choose Document or Photo as needed.
  5. Place the first document in the scanner and click on Scan.
  6. After scanning, you should see an option to save the document. Choose the location and name it as desired.
  7. Place the next document in the scanner and repeat the process.
  8. Ensure you select the option to save each document individually after each scan.

Using the Printer’s Control Panel

  1. Place the documents you want to scan into the document feeder.
  2. On the printer’s control panel, select Scan.
  3. Choose Scan to Computer or Scan to Email as needed.
  4. Select Scan and wait for the printer to complete the scanning process.
  5. After the scan, follow the prompts on the screen to save each document individually.
