How can i unregistered my account in Croatia, and make new registration for same product in Germany?

While i can not connected my printer with laptop (both HP)

I understand you're trying to Cancel Instant Ink and unregister your HP DeskJet 2720e from your HP account in Croatia, Re-register the same printer in Germany, and Reconnect it with your HP laptop. Let’s go through each step clearly so you can get your printer working again and switch your Instant Ink to Germany.

STEP 1: Cancel Instant Ink in Croatia & Remove Printer from HP Account

A. Cancel Instant Ink Subscription

  1. Go to HP Instant Ink – Mjesečna pretplata na tintu | HP-ovo službeno web-mjesto
  2. Sign in with your Croatian HP account
  3. Click on "My Account" > "My Plan"
  4. Click "Cancel Enrollment" at the bottom
  5. Confirm cancellation

🛑 Make sure you cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Note: You can only use HP Instant Ink cartridges if the subscription is active. After cancellation, you'll need to use regular (non-Instant Ink) cartridges.

B. Remove Printer from HP Account

  1. Go to HP Smart
  2. Sign in to your HP account
  3. Click your printer > Advanced Settings > Remove Printer
    Or go to the My Printers page directly
  4. Confirm removal


STEP 2: Create a New Account in Germany & Register the Same Printer

A. Create German HP Account:

  1. Go to HP Smart
  2. Sign out of the old account
  3. Create a new account with your German address and email
    • Use Germany as your country/region
    • Language: German or English (your choice)


B. Reset the Printer’s Wi-Fi & HP+ Settings

  1. Restore Wi-Fi Defaults:
    • Hold Cancel (X) and Wi-Fi (📶) buttons together for 5 seconds
      → Wait until Power light blinks
  2. Factory Reset HP+ Activation (if needed):
    • Hold the Wi-Fi button + Cancel button + Black Copy button for 10–15 seconds
    • The printer will reset and be ready for setup again
