How do I cancel mobile fax free trial now?

Hi--

HP says "HP does not require payment or a subscription to use the Mobile Fax service during the free trial period. 30 days before the end of the free trial period, HP offers paid service plan options. You can opt out at that time, or cancel an existing subscription at any time."

Great! I would like to cancel my existing subscription now.
