Product: Officejet Pro x476dw MFP
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
I need to be able to copy legal documents with this device. I have read the manual and can't figure out what I am missing. What I have to do to accomplish this task is to scan the legal document to my computer, then print the PDF out. The Scan menu allows you select 8.5x14, but the Copy menu doesn't... I hope someone can help me figure this out.

If you have legal size media loaded, then make sure you select the tray that has legal size paper as the paper tray, and check the resize option that should say "Actual size".

IIf only have letter size/A4 paper loaded, then select "Fit to Page".

Thank you SO much! That did it... I got distracted because the Scan menu allowed me to select 8.5x14. I should have figured that out, but didn't
