macOS 12.0 Monterey

I Just bought my HP Office Jet Pro 9135e All in One Printer a few days ago to replace an older model 9025e.  The user interface to copy "fit to page" was very user friendly on the old model, but I can't figure out how to do that on my new 9135e.  What are the steps using the Printer Display screen to do that?

Hi @WDM70,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to copy something "Fit to Page" on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer using the printer's display screen, follow these steps:

Turn on your printer and make sure it’s ready for use.

Place the document or photo that you want to copy on the scanner glass or into the document feeder.

  • If using the scanner glass, place the document face down.
  • If using the document feeder, place the document face up.

On the printer display screen, tap the Copy icon.

In the copy menu, tap Settings or Copy Settings.

Look for an option called Resize or Scale. The wording may vary depending on the firmware version.

  • Tap on Resize or Scale to open the available size options.

Select Fit to Page (sometimes shown as Fit to Printable Area or similar).

  • This option ensures the copied image or document will be scaled to fit the size of the output page (usually A4 or Letter).

Once selected, tap Done or OK to confirm the settings.

Finally, press Start or Copy to begin the copy process.
