Hi @EmmettA,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To scan multiple pages into a single PDF using an HP Envy 6200 Photosmart printer on a computer with the original version of Windows 10, you would typically follow a process similar to the one outlined below. This process assumes you have the HP printer drivers and software installed on your computer. If not, you may need to download and install the HP Smart app or the full-feature software from the HP website.

Step 1: Install HP Printer Software

  • If you haven’t already, download and install the HP Smart app or the full printer software from the HP website. The HP Smart app is often the easier option for basic scanning needs.

Step 2: Place Your Documents

  • Place the first page of your document on the scanner glass or in the document feeder, if your model has one.

Step 3: Use the HP Smart App or HP Printer Software

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer. If you’re using the full printer software, look for HP Scan.

Step 4: Start a New Scan

In the HP Smart app, click on 'Scan', then 'Scan to Email' or 'Scan to PDF' depending on your preference.

  • If using HP Scan, select “Save as PDF” or a similar option that indicates saving multiple pages into one file.

Step 5: Adjust Scan Settings

  • Before scanning, check the settings. Make sure to select 'PDF' as the file type if it’s not already set. Adjust other settings as needed, such as resolution and color.

Step 6: Scan the First Page

  • After adjusting your settings, start the scan for the first page. Once the first page is scanned, you’ll usually have the option to add more pages.

Step 7: Add More Pages

  • If using the document feeder, it should automatically scan all pages you placed in it. If scanning from the glass, you will need to manually replace the first page with the next one, then press the option to scan the next page. Look for an option like “Add pages” or a plus icon.

Step 8: Save the Document

  • Once all pages have been scanned, you can finalize the scan. Ensure all your pages are scanned, then save the document. You should have the option to review the pages before saving.

Step 9: Name and Save Your PDF

  • Give your PDF file a name, choose a location to save it on your computer, and then save it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
