Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

HP Envy 4520.  Get message.  Scan unsuccessfull .   Make sure scanning software ha been installed on computer.  I have involved print and scan and HP Smart and can scan using the computer but can't scan from  printer.
