I'm trying to enlarge an image and copy it onto legal paper, but there doesn't seem to be any option for copy output on a paper size other than letter...

If Copy settings are missing an adjustment for changing the size of the output,

 

Scan the document / image into your computer >

Save the file as the appropriate file type (jpg or pdf) >

Open the file in the appropriate program for the file type >

Set / Adjust the Printing Preferences / Properties for the current job (Media type, Tray, Size) >

Print the file
