I was trying to load legal paper in my HP Office Jet Pro 6968 but it wouldn't fit in the paper tray--the specs said to put it in the paper tray--help.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

This document shows you how to load Legal size paper:

You need to push the latch to the right to unlatch the tray so that it can fit the Legal size paper.
