Copy is generally an "on printer" option that uses the printer's own flatbed or ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) to make a duplicate of the original content.

Copy features vary by printer model.
For example,
In general, if your printer includes a full service touchscreen Printer Control Panel as opposed to a small "strip type" control panel, then the printer might include the Copy > Resize feature.

Consider
- Scan the content at it's original size
- Save the content to your device (computer, tablet, phone).
- Open and Print the file using an application or software that understands the concept of Scale -- For example, print at "Custom Size" and some percentage of 100%
