Hi,
90en the tray and load Legal size paper as listed below:
https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c05531387
Close the tray and press No or Modify to change the paper size to Legal.
from your PDF software click File > Print and be sure to change the paper size to Legal, then print the file.
