How do I put a scan icon on my task bar for the HP Officejet Pro 6835

Please try (for Windows 10):

 

(a) Hit Win key,

(b) Locate your HP printer and HP Scan,

(c) Right click HP Scan then More,

(d) Now Select Pin to Taskbar.

Or open the HP Officejet Pro 6830 software and click on Scan a Document or photo.

Once launched, right-click the HP Scan icon on your taskbar and click on Pin to Taskbar.
