Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Use HP Smart app to scan documents for the HP Printer - downloadable from Microsoft Store for WIndows, Play Store for Android and Apple Store for iPhone or Mac devices.

 

For Android devices, most HP Printers are Mopria Certified and hence, try using Mopria Scan (no account needed!)
