I have been trying to to scan multiple documents at once but they all save under one file.
I need to have them individually, and anything i have found online just doesn't work.
So please, how do I scan multiple files, but save them individually? Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Try this standalone software:
HP Scan Extended
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
Check out this resource on how to save file individually:
HP Officejet Pro 8710/8720/8730/ 6960 /6970 series : Scan & save as individual PDF files
Save to a designated folder – can change the default scan name as well.
(different printer but the printer scan software interface is the same and applicable)
Hope that helps!

HI,
HP Smart and HP Scan Extended are 2 different applications.
Was the HP Scan Extended installed?
Did HP Scan Extended detected the AiO printer? It should open up a dialog box similar to the one in the resource.
Thanks.
