How do I scan multiple pages to 1 pdf on a deskjet 2620? According to the manual the desktop app should have that function, but my desktop app doesn't ... or it is hidden very wel ...

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series...
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
These resources will be useful and shows you how to scan multiple pages to 1 file:
