This is going to sound stupid but I know the Mobile Fax for HP Smart was very easy. However, I am not able to receive nor send anything via fax. I tried sending to another HP user and they said they received a physical phone and, once they picked up, there was only a beeping on the other end. I cannot interact with it and after about 8-10 beeps, it hangs up. I had someone sent a fax to me and can verify that this beeping is true. I cannot accept, deny, talk, or do anything to this beeping noise. My HP Envy 6400 Series printer/scanner/fax machine does not physically ring nor is the fax sent to my email, even though it's been registered. Endless research for videos and search results aren't helping.
