Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try to add your printer using HP Smart app so that the printer can Print and Scan.  Download HP Smart from Android Play Store, Apple Store or Microsoft store (for Windows 10 Computers).

 

Makes sure the printer Wifi is turned on when connecting and setting it up with the HP Smart app.
