I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to enable the scan to computer feature on the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps below steps.

 

  1. Open the HP Printer Assistant. Windows 10: From the Start menu, click All Apps, click HP, and then select the printer name.
  2. Go to the Scan section.
  3. Select Manage Scan to Computer.
  4. Click Enable.
