We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I have had no problem with the scanning feature on my HP all-in-one.  I had been using it to print and scan all day, right up until 3:00 pm when it started have problems.  Anything I scanned would have a single vertical line on the page (from top to bottom) on the right side of the paper.  This did not happen when I printed directly from my computer, so this is definitely a scanning issue.  When I used the support chat, it was suggested that I try to clean the glass scan screen.  However, on the HP DeskJet 3752 does not have a scanning bed.  It only has a scan feed, so I do not know how to clean the glass screen.

 

I  hope someone can either tell me how to clean the glass or suggest what the cause of the vertical line is.
