Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am receiving an "Communication Error" message when trying to send and receive faxes from MAC OS Catalina Version 10.15.3. I can fax from the printer itself, but I am trying not to have to print what I have stored on my MAC or Cloud space in order to fax. When. had a windows 7 PC I had no issues in faxing this way. PLEASE HELP! TIA!!

Are you trying to use the digital fax feature on the printer?

 

Send a fax to 1-888-HPFaxme (1-888-473-2963 U.S.). The service sends return fax within 5 to 7 minutes to your fax number contained in the fax header.

 

Share the screenshot of the error screen for further assistance.
