How to I get to the feature to scan to a computer?

Product Name: HP OfficeJet Pro  8610

Error Message: No Computer Found

To scan to a computer, make sure the feature is enabled.

Window: Open HP Assistant software. select Print. Scan & Fax. select Manage Scan to Computer and then....

I went to HP Assistant but do not see a "Print, Scan & Fax feature/prompt?

Please help? Thank you!

Should work if the Full Feature Software is installed and still functional.

Try Restarting everything and try the Printer Assistant setup again.

Be sure to select the Scan Tab

The installation of the full driver generally adds at least two shortcuts to the Desktop.

Note:  HP Scan is not installed if the printer does not support Scan.

Printer Assistant 

HP Scan (Printer model dependent)

Open the Printer Assistant shortcut > Tab Scan > Manage Scan to Computer > Enable

Install a new copy of the Full Feature Software
