I want to configure a new scanning setup onto the scanner-printer combo itself.
I want to be able to select to scan and select the scanning configurations I want to apply.
I already tried to search for such thing in the instructions manual (it only explains how to select a factory set one, not how to make a new one) and I already tried searching for such option in the HPScan program. I can make scan configurations in the HPScan but I can seem to find the option to upload them to the scanner.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
You may modify the preconfigured shortcuts as you would like, its settings takes a place while scanning from the printer too.
Custom created shortcuts however are only available from the software and those cannot be added to the printer front panel, the printer only list the preconfigured shortcuts included with the HP Scan software.
