How to change default SCAN setting ?

I want to change default SCAN setting and safe it.

For example: default resolution=200, I want to change it to resolution=300 and to safe it as default setting configuration in order not to change it before every scanning.

I ran installation and see it application list, but while I run it I get the error:

"The Hp Imaging Device was not found".

Ah, you have other problems then.

Try removing the software and printer from your system.  Then go the HP web page and download and install the full featured software and drivers for your system all over again.
