Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).
Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

The question is more not to a community, but to a HP, so would be nice if someone from HP read this.

As the question states - I want to buy a multifunctional printer, but I don't know how well does it perform. The thing is - I already bought and returned 2 printers (not HP) because they just print terribly (don't want to go into details, just quality is bad - my 5+ year old 50eur worth Samsung does it a lot better). I am surprised that there is no way of knowing the quality of printing/scanning for each printer before you buy it. I mean there are only technical details, but why there are no sample prints/scans? Even reviews on YouTube are do now show the quality of printing (or, rarely, just a brief view from afar of the printed page where you cannot see how bad/good is that.

Maybe someone has a samples for those printers:

1. HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe

2. HP Laserjet Pro M140we 7MD72E#B19

I would like to see scanned image (not PDF or something that reduces quality of scan, but plain old PNG image) of printed page. Thanks in advance for anyone who would respond to that.

Likely the answer is that because most users give more thought to their morning coffee order than they do to the purchase of a printer. Plus lab generated output will likely be better than what a consumer will produce and that will generate a lot of complaints when it is a settings issue and not a problem with the device. On higher end graphics products you can typically get a sample but sadly the same is not true for entry level consumer products.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.
