May I have the exact product name and number of your HP scanner/printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I could not connect my HP Scanjet 4050 to my new HP envy x360 laptop. I was able to connect a plustek e photo scanner to my laptop and scan in my document. but when I tried to atach the document to an e-mail, it said it was too big. It was 8.5x11, the same size I have been sending for years.
