Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
To copy both sides of an ID card on your HP ENVY Inspire, place the front side of the ID card on the scanner glass. Use the printer’s control panel to select the Copy option and then choose the 2-sided Copy or ID Copy feature.
The printer will prompt you to scan the second side after the first one. If using the HP Smart app on your iPhone or iPad, open the app, select Copy, and follow the prompts to scan both sides of the ID card.
