Product: Officejet Pro 8600 N911a

The Officejet Pro 8600 N911a e-scan-fax-print-copy-web's application Easy Scan was working fine on macOS 10.14 Mojave but when Apple recently upgraded to macOS 10.15 Catalina it no longer works.  Does HP offer a remedy?

Hi,

As of now, HP Easy Scan is not compatible with Catalina.

 

I suggest using HP Smart or Apple Image Capture instead:
