Hi @Neloyo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Ensure Fax Setup is Complete:

  • Make sure your HP OfficeJet 9010 is properly connected to a phone line that supports fax transmissions.
  • Check that the fax setup has been completed on the printer. You can do this using the printer’s control panel.

Open the HP Smart App:

  • If you haven’t installed it yet, download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store for Windows or from the App Store for other operating systems.

Select Fax from the HP Smart App:

  • In the HP Smart app, locate and click on the 'Fax' tab. This allows you to manage and send faxes.

Prepare Documents:

  • Load the documents you wish to fax into the printer’s document feeder or scan bed.

Enter Recipient Details:

  • In the HP Smart app, enter the recipient’s fax number.
  • Adjust any settings as necessary, such as resolution and contrast.

Send the Fax:

  • Press the 'Send Fax' button to initiate the faxing process.

Confirmation:

  • Wait to receive a confirmation notification on your desktop or printer confirming the fax has been sent successfully.

I hope this helps.
