Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing scanning issues with your HP Envy Photo 7855 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

This printer does not have an Automatic duplexer in the Automatic Document Feeder to scan front and back automatically. However, you will be scan double-sided manually using the scanning software. (Product Specifications)

 

To assist better:

  • I would like to know what operating system is running on your device?
  • How is the printer connected?
  • What device is your printer connected to?

Note: you will need to install the HP Full Feature Software. (Download Link)
