Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

I understand you would like to know how to scan. You may use the HP Scan and Capture app from Microsoft Store or install the full-feature printer driver to scan.

Thank you Kumar for your response.  I was able to **bleep** a few days ago and Armand assisted remotely in downloading the correct driver and software. So I am happy to be able to scan to my desktop now!
