I want to set up smart tank so that when I scan or receive a fax I can have it sent to my email address

Hi,

Faxes can only be printed ore received to file on a local Windows PC using HP Digital Fax, the printer does not support receiving incoming faxes to Email nor to a mobile device.

See page 61 to set up HP digital Fax:

For scanning, you may scan from your printer using the HP app, then share it to an email:

Hi,

So i am setting up the smart tank 615 printer on my husbands computer and iPhone. The question I have is do I create separate hp.com profile for him so he can configure advanced settings or does he use the same profile as mine that I already created ?

Also does mobile faxing cost money after the trial period, and if so how much.
