Product: Dell 8630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Prior to the update with HP Smart App, I was able to scan and save images to tiff file format.  Now unable to save in formats other than pdf or jpeg.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.
