Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my app - the scan settings allow me to choose between using the document feeder or the scanning window.  As I want to scan a large document (multiple pages), I keep choosing "use the document feeder" but when I press scan it scans a blank page from the window instead.  How do I rectify this please?

Hi,

Apologies for jumping in, but one thing I would like to clarify is the fact that the Deskjet 2630 printer does not have an automatic document feeder, it only has a flatbed glass and cannot automatically feed multiple originals to scan and copy.

 

You may follow Scan Multiple Pages to a PDF Document as suggested by @greenturtle above to scan multiple pages into a single file manually from the Flatbed Glass, just consider that your printer cannot do a such automatic.
