Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdn Printer

We have been receiving the same fax over and over again - I have shutdown the printer, disconnected the network cable, reset the digital fax in the printer settings and it has not stopped this same fax from duplicating over and over again. We have to turn off the machine to receive our regular faxes. Any suggestions?
