Hi, I'm trying to help a friend with this problem. He is trying to scan multiple documents and wants to get them into a single pdf file to send as an email to his client.

Please can you help him with this?

Hi,

Open the HP Deskjet 2050 software fro your desktop or under Start > All Apps > HP > HP Deskjet 2050.

Click Scan a  Document or Photo.

Select Save as PDF, ensure the Resolution is set as 300 DPI or below and the Show Scan Preview option is checked, then press Scan.

Use the plus icon below the scan preview to scan  additional pages once you are done scanning a page, press Save once you are done to save the scan.

 

If you may not able to find the HP Deskjet 2050 software on your PC follow the HP Print and Scan Doctore below to thnsure the latest HP Full Feature Software is installed on the computer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
