Hp 2135 ... Showing an error occured while scanning

I have same issue and not able solve the problem by customer care .. They said it should os issue . but why its os issue as its win7 which used more .. I tried to check solution and found most of people have issue .. i have done scan doctor but same issue . Its also mention error as device manager not responding .

hey fellows i have the same problem with my scanner it keeps on saying "error while scanning" tried the hp print doctor still experiencing same issue please advice.
