Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I tried diffrent times to use the Mobile Fax feature on the HP Smart app but it doesn't work. I tried to use the Mobile Fax on multiple devices and operating systems including Windows 11 and IOS. Whenever I select Mobile Fax from the HP Smart app I get an error "There was a problem connecting with the server. Please try again later." 

Also tried un installing and reinstalling app, it still doesn't work.

Also clicked on Personalize Tiles, turned the toggle button for the Mobile Fax off and then back on, but this doesn't help too.
