SERVER CONNECTION ERROR
There was a problem connecting to the server. Touch retry to connect again,or OK to exit.
When I retry, it won't work. Appreciate if someone can advice here.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Have you changed any email settings recently? (email password?)
You can try to edit your "Scan to Email" settings to see if that resolves the issue.
This relevant resource would show you how :
Scan to Email setup and use

I also encountered that and ran the Print and Scan Doctor found in the HP Printer Assistant (comes with software for this printer). It said the software was not up to date and went through procedures, etc. finally got it working. You can just go to 123.HP.com and reload the current software and maybe the problem gets solved. I assume the current printer software doesn't have to be removed first. Also, have the modem, printer and computer turned on while downloading
