Hp laserjet pro mfp 428fdn problem with twain driver

Привет. Есть проблема с двойным драйвером. Все настроено правильно и до этого работало нормально, теперь что-то случилось и он перестал сканировать, давая постоянную ошибку, хотя если вы используете стороннюю программу просмотра изображений faststone и используете ее для сканирования после выбора драйвера WIA, то все сканирует без проблем, но это очень неудобно. Что самое странное, так это то, что он сразу отваливается для всех компьютеров на предприятии, и это было исправлено в прошлый раз, просто переустановив драйверы на 1 из компьютеров, и все начало работать. Hp print and scan doctor не помогает с этой проблемой.

Hello. There is a problem with twain driver. Everything is set up correctly and was working fine before, now something happened and it stopped scanning giving a permanent error, although if you use a third party FastStone Image Viewer and use that to scan after selecting the WIA driver, then everything scans without problems, but this very uncomfortable. What's weirdest is that it crashes immediately for all computers in the enterprise, and that was fixed last time by simply reinstalling the drivers on 1 of the computers and everything started working. Hp print and scan doctor does not help with this problem.
