Hp smart app scan not working its shows loading icon. In Ipad and iphone its working well. As well as in my laptop also scan working but in mobile its not working.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, lets uninstall and install HP smart app on your android device.
- Launch the Google Play Store.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Select My Apps & Games.
- Click the Install tab.
- Select HP Smart.
- Tap Uninstall.
Once it's done install HP Smart App from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03561640

Its not helped. I formatted my mobile also.
1.Motorola fission plus
2. Motorola Power one
3.Galxy M40 , all are Android 10 device I tried. In ipad and iphone its working. May be issue with hpsmart with Android 10. Please do needful at earliest. Facing issue from last 6 months. Screen shot attached. Here this loading round icon. Its not showing and page setup drop-down. Also above setting icon is not clickable. Plz call your developer. I tested with so many android 10 devices. In Android 9 its working fine.

Nothing is working.Local hp engeneer visited and he found same issue. So finally after 6 months of trouble I thought my issue will be resolve.
But now really hopeless.
Now to scan either I need to purchase some other model or iPhone or Ipad.
Is it not a joke?
I request you don't suggest me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I had reset my phone. Even I tested almost 10-15 mobile till now.
Ask your HPsamrt app developer team to test with Hp1200w model with android 10 real device.
They will find the issue definitely if you people really want to support customer.

I am really now lost my hope. In private email again you are asking me what is the issue. After showing over video call and hp service engineer visit, you want to know what is my case id and what is the issue. Is not it a joke?
What the hell. I will raise a consumer complaint against the service center as well as Hp.
