HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I am getting a black line down the left side of my page when I copy on my OfficeJet Pro 7740. It only happens when I am copying though. I have cleaned the print heads and aligned them. What could be the issue, and how do I fix it?

If this happens when copying using the ADF and not when scanning from the flat glass, then you have some sort of debris or contamination on the scanning glass that the ADF uses. It is a narrow slit of glass to the left of the main glass. This video provides guidance on cleaning the scanner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=488739PiGvc
