Product: HP Office Jet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have an Office Jet Pro 8710 printer/scanner. When trying to scan and email a document I get this message: "incorrect user or password." This hasn't happened before, as this printer/scanner has been working fine until now. Any suggestions? Thanks.
