I am trying to increase the size of a picture.  I put in 150% and it came out the same size as is on the glass screen.  NO INCREASE IN SIZE.   I tried 175% and got NO INCREASE IN SIZE.

@ROBOJO2

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What's the application you are trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
  • Could you please share the print settings screenshot?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

Open the document that you want to print. Click File, and then click Print.

  • The Print window opens.
  • Click the option that opens the Properties dialog box. Depending on the software program, the button might be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.
  • Select the print settings for the current print job, and then click OK.
  • See the below sections to change the paper size and orientation settings.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
