I use to Work with app HP smart, the previous version. Now I have the version 9.3.1.1. I can not scan docs on my Android anymore. I hate it. I want the previous version back. I don't know how. Help me please. I don't understand witch îs the problem wile I CAN print from Android

Sorry I forgot to indicate that I can't add the printer to the New HP smart.

What is the error you get?

 

Did you uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and then tried to add the Printer?
