I can't copy on my HPENVY6455e. I can print and scan but no lights come on to copy

The lights don't come on to print copy on my HPENVY6455e all in one. My scan and  print work fine and my wireless is connected. I did a print test page and all is working except for copy. I put paper in feeder and nothing lights up to copy and same for trying to copy from flatbed.

I understand you are unable to copy.

Try the below suggestions -

 Reset the product

• With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
• Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
• Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
• Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Follow the instructions to perform copy functions -

Copy from the printer 

The Copy button on the printer display allows you to easily select a number of copies and color or black and white for copying on plain paper. From the scanner glass 

1. Load paper in the paper tray. 

2. Load the original, print-side down, on the scanner glass, aligned with the top-left corner.

3. Press either the Start Copy Black button or the Start Copy Color button (to make a copy. Copying will start two seconds after the last button press. 

TIP: You can increase the number of copies by pressing the button multiple times.

 From the automatic-document feeder 

1. Load paper in the paper tray. 

2. Load the original print side up into the document feeder. 

3. Press either the Start Copy Black button ( ) or the Start Copy Color button ( ) to make a copy. Copying will start two seconds after the last button press. 

TIP: You can increase the number of copies by pressing the button multiple times.
