Hello, the HP Smart app has worked perfectly on my computer until recently.  When I sign in to my account, the circle keeps spinning and won't let me sign in to scan documents.  I see that some people are having the same problem, but how do I resolve this?  Un-installing and re-installing the HP Smart app won't work.  Please help!
