I cannot login to HP Smart in order to use my scanner. Whenever I go to the scan button on HP Smart and enter my login details for HP, HP Smart will not connect and login.
This has been a consistent issue for over a year now. I have been using VueScan software as it doesn't make me login or use the internet in order to scan something.
Takes me to this
I click sign in. I get this this:
Takes I click next after I enter my email and the signin/connection stalls.
If connection doesn't stall at that point it will stall after entering the password.
I have tried uninstalling everything from HP and nothing works. I have tried USB, Wifi, and ethernet connections for my printer to my computer.
I can login to the HP Support Assistant just fine but not HP Smart, what is going on!
